Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StoreMeta.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

• Infringe upon the rights of others

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

API Credentials

You are responsible for the security of your App Store Connect API credentials. We encrypt and store your credentials securely, but you are responsible for ensuring they are used appropriately and in accordance with Apple's terms of service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StoreMeta.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

StoreMeta.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
